Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical to Sierra's growth.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment and continuous iteration.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that transform operations.
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform based on customer needs and feedback.
- Work on innovative projects like multimodal experiences and complex booking flows.
