Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build autonomous agents for information extraction across unpredictable web environments.
- Design and iterate on a full-stack self-serve application for non-technical users.
- Maintain and scale distributed backend architecture handling thousands of requests per second and tens of millions of rows daily.
- Contribute to infrastructure as code, ML pipelines, deployment automation, and other systems needed to move quickly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software or equivalent demonstrated skill in a 0-to-1 environment.
- Proven record of launching meaningful products on small, fast-moving, early-stage teams.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications and agentic systems, including RAG, model evaluation, and fine-tuning.
- Strong background designing and maintaining high-scale distributed backend systems.
- Full-stack capability across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Comfort with infrastructure as code and deployment automation.
- Experience with antibot systems, reverse engineering, JavaScript deobfuscation, browser automation, web scraping, or large-scale data extraction is a strong plus.
- Bias toward action, high ownership, and comfort with early-stage startup autonomy.
