Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build scalable systems for customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop close relationships with product and tech teams in China and Korea.
- Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement in platform efficiency and flexibility.
- Maintain high standards for customer trust, performance, and availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent fields.
- 10+ years of industry experience leading a group of engineers.
- 5+ years of experience in software development in large distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Java and knowledge of container and microservice deployment technologies.
- Experience designing high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-scalability systems.
- Familiarity with distributed system architecture and core backend technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience working closely with global distributed teams.
