Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies, frameworks, and processes across the application lifecycle.
- Design and execute automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Define and monitor testing metrics, manage test execution, and drive defect resolution.
- Coordinate testing activities with stakeholders and align them with project timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor team members and lead continuous improvement initiatives for testing methodologies and tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions and decisions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright, including designing and executing automated test scripts.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and performance testing principles.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for automated testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and documenting defects.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
