Base Salary
$190k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agent knowledge and evaluation infrastructure for long-horizon agents.
- Develop next-generation agents that solve increasingly complex customer use cases.
- Perform error analysis on agent behavior and turn findings into quality improvements.
- Build backend systems supporting agent execution, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Partner with senior engineers on the platform’s reliability and quality roadmap.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI products rather than only calling an LLM API.
- Working knowledge of evaluations and error analysis.
- Backend engineering experience and comfort building reliable systems.
- Motivation to work on long-horizon agents that perform real work in production.
- Platform engineering, frontend, and distributed systems experience are nice-to-have qualifications.
