Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build platform features in Go, including custom Kubernetes operators and controllers.
- Design GitOps workflows with ArgoCD for continuous deployment.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code patterns with Terraform and Helm to provision and manage clusters.
- Work with distributed storage technologies such as Ceph and WEKA.
- Create observability and monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Build and optimize container networking with Cilium.
- Design federated Kubernetes architectures for multi-cluster management.
- Automate recurring infrastructure tasks and reduce operational overhead for developers running production workloads.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience, with approximately 5 years preferred.
- Hands-on experience writing Go for Kubernetes environments and managing production Kubernetes clusters at meaningful scale.
- Experience with distributed storage such as Ceph or WEKA and federated, multi-cluster Kubernetes architectures.
- Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD, plus infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with container networking, CNI plugins, or service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
- Experience with cloud platforms, managed Kubernetes, automation, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with GPUs, bare-metal infrastructure, or open-source cloud-native projects is valuable.
Benefits
- Base salary of $180,000 to $210,000 USD annually.
