Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the AML Machine Learning Platform with a focus on AI developer experience.
  • Design solutions across the full model lifecycle, including development, debugging, training, evaluation, and inference.
  • Understand algorithm engineers' business needs and continuously improve their iteration efficiency.
  • Explore the integration of recommendation algorithms with large language models and multimodal understanding.

Requirements

  • Completing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with the Linux development environment.
  • Strong fundamentals in systems programming, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Prior experience with machine learning algorithms or large-scale distributed systems is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year and should state availability and graduation date on their resume.
