Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement languages and tooling for system abstractions.
- Architect and maintain distributed computing environments.
- Simplify system bottlenecks and re-architect foundational abstractions.
- Lead core technical initiatives to establish high-quality codebase foundations.
- Define and scale experimentation, monitoring, reliability, and observability for production systems.
- Drive improvements to the core Luminai IDE for end-user experience.
- Champion high-performance engineering practices across the codebase.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality code in challenging projects.
- Experience designing and implementing high-performance systems in production.
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure stacks like Kafka and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of parallel computing concepts and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work across the stack.
