Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver technical solutions, including AI-based models, to help the organization scale.
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
- Select appropriate technical solutions and make autonomous decisions based on business problems.
- Test and validate AI models for accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the growth of the Aladdin Compliance and Accounting platforms.
- Engage partners to establish business requirements and measure business benefits.
- Identify process risks and gaps and implement technical solutions to resolve them.
- Manage projects from inception to completion and deliver them within estimates.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Developer role.
- Exposure to developing and implementing AI-based solutions is preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python, with strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Understanding of machine learning models, large language models, and neural networks.
- Familiarity with NLP techniques and tools including sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling.
- Experience with Azure Machine Learning is a plus.
- Experience working with Agile backlogs, sprints, and retrospectives.
- Interest in investment management and investment products.
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Splunk, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong project management, risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and English communication skills.
- Ability to stay current with LLM and machine learning developments and identify business-process applications.
