Responsibilities
- Develop backend algorithms and APIs for article processing, content chunking, predictive text generation, and scalable content workflows.
- Build secure PDF upload and encryption workflows compatible with Adobe Acrobat.
- Integrate enterprise authentication with Okta and enable data recovery, auditing, and administrative capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize OCR and generative AI solutions, including GPT-based systems.
- Implement RAG use cases using vector databases and embedding techniques, and create custom GPT experiences for enterprise needs.
- Design large-scale data-processing workflows and AI-first application features.
- Establish software delivery pipelines and release structures while evaluating security vulnerabilities and performance.
- Manage infrastructure and workflows for custom AI solutions using tools such as Snowflake and LangChain.
- Build integrations and proof-of-concept applications using company datasets and AI technologies.
- Evaluate tools for classification, indexing, secure data management, internal AI models, and custom LLMs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails with significant backend experience.
- Experience designing secure systems, including encryption workflows and document protection mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face frameworks into SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate, and embedding pipelines.
- Ability to operationalize AI/ML models and build enterprise-client workflows.
- Frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue, including the ability to assess and recommend technology stacks.
- Computer vision and OCR expertise is preferred, particularly for complex document processing and indexing workflows.
- Experience with Okta, enterprise administrative tools, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure release management, security evaluations, vulnerability assessments, or tool integrations is preferred.
- Strong background in automated and manual testing.
- Ability to manage data recovery, audits, and compliance workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
