Base Salary
$186k - $279k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with government customers to understand their mission and scope the problem.
- Own delivery end-to-end: design, build, deploy, and maintain solutions.
- Build robust backend systems and data integrations connecting customer environments to Scale's platform.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate field signals into the roadmap.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing or government contexts.
- Strong production coding skills in Python and TypeScript or comparable languages.
- Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- An active TS/SCI clearance.
