Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end from discovery and prototyping through production release.
- Lead product discovery through rapid experiments and hypothesis testing.
- Work with customers, partners, and Sales to identify and prioritize pain points.
- Design and implement tracking and metrics for data-driven iteration.
- Build across the full stack and drive architecture decisions.
- Balance short-term validation with long-term scalability.
- Take autonomous ownership of initiatives and move them forward.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product engineering experience delivering end-to-end features in a startup environment.
- Strong full-stack proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Experience owning software from architecture and implementation through production release.
- Native or near-native German proficiency at B2 or above.
- Fluent English for team and cross-functional communication.
- A strong product mindset and ability to own responsibilities beyond coding.
- Ability to extract and own metrics to support decisions.
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered product features is a strong advantage.
Benefits
- Annual salary of EUR 80,000 to EUR 120,000 plus equity.
- Fully remote role with required overlap in Central European Time.
- Optional office available in Vienna, Austria.
