Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, integrate, and deliver end-to-end mission software across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments from concept through ATO.
- Serve as a technical authority for secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant solution design in classified, contested, and disconnected environments.
- Partner with Business Development, the CTO organization, program leadership, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams on mission software opportunities and delivery.
- Establish repeatable engineering standards for AI-assisted DevSecOps, automated CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Agile delivery.
- Apply AI and machine learning technologies to accelerate software delivery, improve decision support, and solve operational problems.
- Write or contribute to Department of War proposals and whitepapers and communicate architectures to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Travel 25% CONUS or more as required by customer and project needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience using AI for software development.
- Experience architecting large-scale software systems and developing full-stack software.
- Experience with modular open systems approaches, cloud architecture, automated CI/CD, Agile DevSecOps, AI-assisted DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience writing Department of War proposals or whitepapers; familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering is preferred.
- Understanding of software architecture across microservices, event-driven systems, and modular monoliths.
- Secret clearance required to start and ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to operate in ambiguous, high-consequence environments.
- Familiarity with the listed backend, frontend, infrastructure, and DevOps technology stack.
