Base Salary
$65k - $70k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype applications using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Build and iterate on LLM-powered applications and workflows.
- Develop lightweight full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Design and integrate MCP servers, APIs, and AI agents.
- Experiment with prompts, workflows, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to quickly deliver demos.
- Improve developer productivity through automation and AI tooling.
- Stay current with emerging AI engineering trends and frameworks.
Requirements
- Requires 1–3 years of experience and strong expertise in LLMs and RAG.
- Requires strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, or Node.js.
- Requires experience with React/Next.js, REST APIs, microservices, and Git/GitHub.
- Requires hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT.
- Requires understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP.
- Preferred experience includes building GenAI applications and integrating enterprise systems with AI workflows.
- Preferred familiarity includes vector databases, embeddings, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
