Base Salary
$82k - $113k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 5+.
- Implement and consume APIs supporting React-based frontend applications.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for backend and frontend components.
- Query and consume data from SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing backend applications with .NET Core or .NET 5+.
- 4+ years of experience building frontend applications with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience writing unit tests and familiarity with common testing frameworks.
- Proficiency with Git and standard version control workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include AI-assisted development tools, microservices or service-oriented architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS or similar cloud platforms, OAuth, JWT, RBAC, GraphQL, message queues, event-driven systems, and K–12 education or EdTech domain knowledge.
