Base Salary
$80k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, queries, views, approval workflows, knowledge bases, and customer service portal capabilities.
- Extend Dynamics 365 using .NET Framework and JavaScript frameworks, including relevant React and jQuery technologies.
- Provide Tier III development, analyst, troubleshooting, configuration, training, and user support to helpdesk staff and federal end users.
- Support application release management, deployment, production readiness, troubleshooting, and controlled change processes.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity services, Exchange Online, and other client systems.
- Participate in unit, system, interoperability, regression, and user-focused testing before production deployment.
- Support source/configuration management and CI/CD practices using tools such as Jira, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps Server.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, procedures, and training materials.
- Support access, permission, configuration, security, and lifecycle compliance activities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including direct Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform experience.
- Hands-on enterprise experience configuring, customizing, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience developing and configuring Power Platform business processes, reports, dashboards, views, queries, and approval workflows.
- Experience with .NET Framework, JavaScript, and application releases, deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity/authentication, and enterprise integration dependencies.
- Experience creating technical and user documentation and working directly with end users to diagnose needs and provide training.
- Working knowledge of Agile development, source control, and CI/CD practices.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DHS clearance are required; current DHS clearance is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes Dynamics 365 Government or Power Platform Government, federal or DHS systems, regulated Microsoft cloud environments, Azure services, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, SharePoint integration, customer service portals, knowledge bases, enterprise document management, and UI/UX principles.
- Relevant current Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure certifications are preferred.
