Base Salary

$108k - $143k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve Salesforce platform incidents within target SLAs.
  • Design, estimate, onboard, and deliver platform features and minor enhancements with Scrum teams and Product Owners.
  • Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components using appropriate design patterns, exception handling, and governor-limit practices.
  • Coordinate with centralized release management teams to support safe deployments.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and communicate with business partners and management during issues or escalations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components, specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI/components, web service APIs, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with production support and business operation recovery experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across management levels.
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
  • US citizenship and residency in the US mainland are required.
