Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide software solutions to problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Coordinate project tasks to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes and team productivity.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
- Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Skill in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.
- Experience with system integration and data flow management across applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
