Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time customer incidents.
- Develop and deploy hot-fixes, patches, and enhancements for .NET-based services.
- Integrate AI/ML components and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions into existing services.
- Write and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing.
- Collaborate with customers, support teams, and product owners to gather requirements.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive stability improvements.
- Document incident root causes, resolutions, and knowledge-base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident post-mortems.
- Mentor junior engineers on Hypercare practices and AI integration.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience developing .NET applications.
- Hands-on expertise with C#, ASP.NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Practical experience with AI/ML stacks, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Proven ability to resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for customer and cross-functional interactions.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations.
