Responsibilities
- Participate in software design discussions and analyze user requirements to define technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable code.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and defects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to address technical challenges.
- Follow established software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Support product releases, ongoing maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in software design and development.
- Strong experience with Java 8/21, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Familiarity with Azure, Oracle Database 19c, Hibernate, JPA, distributed systems, caching technologies, and messaging platforms such as MQ and Kafka.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL, and database design.
- Financial industry experience, particularly cross-border payments, is preferred.
- Ability to independently solve moderately complex technical problems and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and coding skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication, customer focus, independent work capability, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
