Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Architect and deliver high-performance, resilient scale-out file and object storage systems from concept through shipment.
- Design algorithms and concurrent platform solutions for data pipelines, AI infrastructure, distributed computing, and enterprise analytics.
- Resolve complex multithreaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues across Linux platform internals.
- Own technical roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and collaborate with product management, system validation, and customer support.
- Mentor engineering peers and lead architecture forums to raise technical standards and product stability.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in Linux system programming.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
- Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multithreading, synchronization, concurrent programming, and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience making strategic architectural decisions, designing for high availability, and supporting complex production deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills and a track record of articulating architectures, championing design proposals, and influencing technical stakeholders.
