Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Lead the architectural evolution and end-to-end delivery of high-performance, resilient scale-out storage systems.
- Design and implement concurrent algorithms and platform solutions for AI infrastructure, distributed computing, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics.
- Diagnose and resolve complex multithreaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues across Linux platform internals.
- Own technical roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and collaborate with product management, system validation, and customer support.
- Mentor engineering peers, lead architecture forums, and promote technical excellence and product stability.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in Linux system programming.
- Strong hands-on expertise in one or more of C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
- Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multithreading, synchronization, concurrent programming, and distributed systems architecture.
- Ability to make strategic architectural decisions, design for enterprise-grade high availability, and support complex production deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience articulating system architectures, championing design proposals, and influencing technical stakeholders.
