Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional testing for UKG WFM Pro modules.
- Develop, execute, and manage test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Leverage knowledge of UKG Dataview and Data Hub for data validation.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices and defect management.
- Monitor and report on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide QA team members to foster a high-performing culture.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in QA roles, with 3 years as a QA Lead for UKG WFM Pro.
- Proficiency in UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools like JIRA and Selenium.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives effectively.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and compliance requirements.
