Responsibilities

  • Run demos, workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions for developers.
  • Help teams identify practical AI coding tool use cases across coding, testing, refactoring, documentation, and code review.
  • Create reusable examples, patterns, guidance, FAQs, playbooks, demo scripts, workshop materials, and updates.
  • Gather developer feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations for platform and product teams.
  • Develop guidance for responsible and productive use of AI coding tools and identify where human judgment remains essential.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to identify adoption blockers and define effective usage in a regulated enterprise.
  • Represent developer perspectives to platform, tooling, risk, training, support, and leadership teams.
  • Foster a community of AI coding tool champions and promote cross-team knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to rollout planning, usage analysis, continuous improvement, and adoption strategy.
  • Identify success patterns, risks, and usage insights to inform training, communications, and support models.

Requirements

  • Software development experience with exposure to modern engineering workflows, pull requests, continuous integration and deployment, and developer tooling.
  • Practical experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • Ability to evaluate where AI coding tools add value and where they introduce risk.
  • Comfort leading demos, workshops, and enablement sessions for varied audiences.
  • Clear, credible written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize feedback and usage patterns into recommendations.
  • Ability to build trust with engineers through honest, practical, and technically grounded guidance.
  • Enthusiasm for AI coding tools and curiosity about how developers work.
  • Comfort operating amid evolving tools, policies, and best practices.
  • Enterprise SDLC experience or experience in regulated technology environments is a plus.
  • Collaborative approach across teams, regions, and experience levels.
