Responsibilities
- Own the functional design, configuration, and validation of the SAP EAM solution.
- Ensure disciplined execution through clear scope, design, testing, and project documentation.
- Serve as functional lead for vendor implementations and partner with internal teams.
- Communicate clearly across stakeholders and facilitate user training.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years leading SAP EAM implementations for complex hardware-software products.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SAP EAM, including ECU-centric assets and complex BOMs.
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and drive scalable process improvements.
