Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test automation and application functionality issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Selenium is required.
- Proficiency in Selenium and experience developing Selenium-based automated test scripts and frameworks are required.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot test automation and application functionality issues is required.
- Familiarity with integrating Selenium into continuous integration and delivery pipelines is required.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and version control systems is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
