Responsibilities

Design, implement, and refine testing plans, processes, procedures, test cases, and test scripts.
Test projects, break/fix support items, enhancements, and customizations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business systems.
Execute tests, analyze results, document findings, and triage issues.
Collaborate with system administrators and development teams to recommend solutions and quality improvements.
Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators and report actionable findings to management.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.

3+ years of experience in QA testing and test-plan authoring.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or an equivalent field.
Proven experience testing business systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and test-case scenarios from requirements and case descriptions.
Ability to document and execute test scripts and triage issues.
Experience with QA test automation tools such as Katalon, AccelQ, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of AI fundamentals and ability to research how to test conversational AI agent prompts.
Strong analytical, communication, organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse remote team and work independently.

Fully remote, remote-first work environment.
Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually.
Work must extend until 3 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, with regular overlap across multiple time zones; hours may be managed flexibly to support work-life balance.
