Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions for complex business challenges.
- Integrate software components across diverse platforms and resolve complex technical issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align software solutions with business and strategic objectives.
- Manage and coordinate team activities while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience, including a minimum of 12 years of experience with Microsoft Foundry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Foundry.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Expertise integrating software components across diverse platforms.
- Skill troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
