Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and operate full-stack AI-powered systems, including Gen AI copilots and agentic workflows.
  • Lead architecture and technical design for embedding Gen AI, LLMs, and automation into product development workflows.
  • Solve distributed-systems, agentic-orchestration, performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
  • Drive technical decisions across internal teams and third-party vendor boundaries.
  • Own systems end to end, including production operations, model behavior, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor engineers and establish AI-native design patterns and technical standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Preferred: experience delivering complex software systems to customers or developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, TPU, or other AI acceleration hardware.
  • Preferred: experience in similar environments or working with and managing third-party vendors.
