Responsibilities
- Own the availability, maintenance, and development of core banking test environments.
- Coordinate environment setup, configuration, deployments, upgrades, technical dependencies, incidents, and environment-related risks.
- Design how test environments are built, integrated, and operated in Azure.
- Support development, QA, and end-to-end testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, operations, external partners, and other stakeholders.
- Improve environment processes, monitoring, documentation, and ways of working.
- Ensure environments are fit for planned testing and releases.
- Coordinate and prioritize the environments team’s work in alignment with delivery and testing needs.
Requirements
- Experienced Solution Architect with a strong software engineering background and experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience in technical leadership roles close to software development and architecture, such as Lead Developer or Software Architect.
- Experience designing and operating large, highly integrated system landscapes.
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud platforms and related services.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Java-based software development.
- Understanding of API architecture, integration patterns, and service design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions and drive progress across teams.
- Full working proficiency in English is required; Finnish proficiency is an advantage.
