Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modular, reusable AI systems and applications.
- Build context systems using RAG, vector stores, and MCP.
- Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
- Maintain and enhance multiple AI systems and products.
- Participate in design discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute directly to the codebase.
- Research frontier models and collaborate with product and architecture teams.
- Mentor or technically lead other engineers and support a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and delivering production-ready AI applications.
- Strong technical background in generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building context systems with RAG, vector stores, and MCP.
- Experience developing AI agents with frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity.
