Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations with enterprise, government, vendor, licensing, and other operational systems.
- Use REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Integration Hub, JDBC/ODBC connections, and email integration technologies.
- Gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain integration designs, data mappings, technical documentation, and test plans.
- Test integrations, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and optimize data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and IT teams on custom solutions, enhancements, workflows, and platform architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards.
- Automate manual processes through ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance are required.
- 12 or more years of relevant experience are required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field may substitute for five years of relevant experience.
- At least three years of ServiceNow development and integration experience are required.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integration methods, REST and SOAP APIs, data mapping, and transformation is required.
- Experience with JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, MID Server configuration and troubleshooting, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer is required.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- Experience integrating hardware and/or software asset-management tools and sources is required.
- CompTIA Security+ certification is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are desired.
- Experience with Agile development, DevOps practices and tools, cloud-based integration platforms, and SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL is desired.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, independent-work, and teamwork skills are required.
