Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services for AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
- Implement and integrate AI models, including LLM technologies, for personalized customer interactions.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability in real-time AI workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine AI-powered solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI and backend technologies and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
- Expertise with Large Language Models, Generative AI, or similar advanced AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with open-source LLM frameworks and tools, including deployment and optimization.
- Experience with cloud services, especially Google Cloud, and API development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Go.
- Experience with modern AI voice agent systems is preferred.
