Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure applications using Node.js and microservice architecture principles.
- Deploy and manage applications primarily on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Design and implement data processing and integration solutions using ETL tools.
- Develop RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, complex workflow systems, and cloud-based client-to-storage integrations.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
- Implement authentication and authorization protocols and follow security and compliance best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, including unit tests and code coverage.
- Use version control systems and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile and DevSecOps environment.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, developers, stakeholders, and customer representatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architecture guidance, and code reviews to junior developers.
- Research and apply emerging technologies, industry tools, and solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop and document processes, use cases, business cases, design concepts, and recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience with expertise in Node.js and microservice architecture.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, UI/UX Design, or another relevant computer-based major.
- Experience designing software architectures and building or migrating software and IT services to meet strategic business needs.
- Extensive experience with Azure and AWS, cloud development, serverless architecture, and containerization such as Azure Functions, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2.0.
- Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with API documentation and design tools such as Swagger.
- Experience developing complex workflow systems and integrating client applications with storage systems such as DocumentDB, SQL, or CosmosDB.
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration and transformation, such as Azure Data Services.
- Experience with unit testing, code coverage, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile development, and DevSecOps tools and principles.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Preferred qualifications include associate- or professional-level cloud certifications, experience with multiple cloud platforms, Case Management Systems, ReactJS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Preferred experience includes process design and documentation, use-case modeling, business-case development, project life cycle knowledge, project management, leadership, and meeting facilitation.
