Base Salary

$159k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications including HR Case Management, Configurable Workspaces, Knowledge, Employee Document Management, Employee Center Pro, and Employee Journeys.
  • Lead development projects and design HR Services, HR Templates, COEs, Record Producers, Catalog Items, and HR Case Workflows using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Editor.
  • Build UI actions, related lists, Workspace components, form and panel configurations, HR Criteria, Role Assignment Rules, and access-control logic.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, platform automation, data imports, transform maps, migration scripts, and ETL logic.
  • Support unit testing, UAT, incident resolution, troubleshooting, platform optimization, and regular ServiceNow plug-in, patch, and family upgrades.
  • Translate HR stakeholder requirements into user stories, system designs, and technical specifications while supporting rollout communications and training.
  • Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security for employee records and personnel data across HRSD modules and systems.

Requirements

  • An associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent qualifying coursework; one year of additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
  • At least three years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining system or platform components.
  • Minimum of five years of ServiceNow experience is desired, with advanced technical experience in ServiceNow HRSD required.
  • Advanced experience with HRSD enterprise plugins including Agent Workspace, Employee Document Management, Employee Relations, Employee Journeys, Content Experiences, Platform Analytics, and Employee Center Pro.
  • Experience owning ServiceNow application development, building custom scoped applications, and working with enterprise-level organizations; public-sector experience is desirable.
  • Experience with platform data integrations, transforms, ETL, REST APIs, and Integration Hub involving personally identifiable and confidential information.
  • Advanced ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-HR, ArchX, CTA, or CMA are desired.
