Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, install, test, debug, and implement ETF software enhancements and solutions.
- Build and maintain data quality and data delivery applications using cloud computing tools and software engineering languages.
- Write unit and automation tests and participate in code reviews.
- Participate in Scrum activities including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs and developing solutions.
- Analyze ETF business requirements and develop solutions for financial-sector business needs.
Requirements
- Extensive Java n-tier application and commercial software development experience.
- Professional Java and PL/SQL development experience with proficiency in multi-tier solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled programming, cloud technologies, implementation tools, and data and database tooling.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Ability to gather and understand financial-sector requirements and analyze ETF business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams in a global Agile environment.
- Experience with an Agile development methodology is desired.
