Base Salary

$170k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality maintainable code, produce technical documentation, and promote strong engineering practices.
  • Design and develop microservices in a cloud-native, distributed architecture.
  • Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues and participate in technical design discussions, RFC authoring, and RFC reviews.
  • Own features and milestones from design and implementation through maintenance.
  • Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, influence technical decisions, and support the Owner/Helper project model.
  • Build identity services, phone intelligence data signals, and infrastructure supporting fraud detection and digital identity verification.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional software development experience and a deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience designing event-driven, robust, and scalable solutions for complex technical problems.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Oracle, plus NoSQL and DynamoDB design principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Java experience is highly preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications include TypeScript, React, automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka, Flink, AI and machine learning integrations, and the ability to influence technical direction and architectural decisions.
