Base Salary
$94k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and review Salesforce solution architectures and system designs aligned with business needs and technical best practices.
- Develop Salesforce solutions through configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and related platform features.
- Perform unit testing throughout development and coordinate functional and performance testing with Quality Assurance Engineers.
- Implement functionality through approved change-management processes and provide ongoing service-request, maintenance, and platform support.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, events, messaging, and other integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, and related platform issues.
- Collaborate with Lead Salesforce Engineers, product owners, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in interviews and recruiting activities and support a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of technical development experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Ability to develop with Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce customizations, workflow approvals, Flow, Process Builder, and Data Loader.
- 1–3 years of recent experience with several integration technologies, including Java, REST/SOAP APIs, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Confluent Kafka, Change Data Capture, Platform Events, OpenShift, Docker, TC Server, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
- Experience with CI/CD DevOps tools including Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jira.
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce platform functionality and working in an Agile project-team environment with product owners and business partners.
- Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Financial Services Cloud is preferred.
