Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and lead development of SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, smart templates, annotations, and Fiori Elements.
- Extend standard Fiori applications through adaptation projects and key user extensibility while following Fiori design principles and UI5 coding standards.
- Integrate applications with backend OData services and CDS views, and perform performance tuning and accessibility testing.
- Manage UI5 development lifecycle activities, sprint coordination, issue tracking, team-level quality management, and technical team coaching.
- Recover, stabilize, and realign troubled projects by identifying issues, assessing impacts, defining recovery solutions, and executing turnaround plans.
- Track schedule, cost, quality, effort variance, rework, budget compliance, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, SPI, and Estimate at Completion recovery initiatives.
- Manage delivery risks, RAID logs, audits, InfoSec requirements, quality gates, governance processes, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare metrics and reports for steering committees, executive meetings, status reviews, workforce readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with leads, testers, developers, client testers, business SMEs, backend teams, and platform leads to resolve dependencies and delivery bottlenecks.
- Mentor technical teams and develop reusable assets, knowledge bases, and project recovery playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Expertise in SAP UI5 development, SAP Fiori architecture, UX design, XML views, controllers, fragments, OData services, CDS annotations, smart controls, Overview Pages, and List Reports.
- Experience with SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse ADT, UI5 modularization, naming conventions, and development lifecycle management.
- Experience recovering and stabilizing projects with significant delivery challenges, including end-to-end turnaround planning and execution.
- Experience with delivery governance, Agile or SAFe practices, SI delivery principles, transformation excellence, PMO support, delivery KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Experience tracking schedule, quality, financial, risk, compliance, and delivery metrics and managing corrective or preventive actions.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major enterprise platform such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or another supply chain platform.
- Experience with Agile delivery, SDLC tools, stakeholder coordination, team coaching, and delivery quality management.
- Preferred: AMS experience, exposure to GenAI technologies, workforce planning and readiness tracking experience, and relevant platform certifications.
- Preferred: PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification, plus strong articulation and presentation skills.
