Responsibilities
- Understand product and platform requirements for assigned features and modules.
- Architect, design, develop, debug, and implement software features and enhancements.
- Create prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and product ideas.
- Develop unit test cases, investigate software and system problems, fix defects, and track issues to closure.
- Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to meet product release quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and schedule goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience with Java, J2EE, or .NET programming.
- At least 2 years of front-end web development experience using modern frameworks such as AngularJS or React on Azure Cloud.
- Experience with Gen AI-based product development.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST API, microservice architecture, DevOps, continuous integration, delivery and deployment, and version control such as Git.
- Medical device design and development experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
- Understanding of regulated software development processes, FDA/ISO 13485 requirements, and medical device verification is preferred.
