Responsibilities
- Design and build developer-facing platform surfaces, including APIs and CLI integrations.
- Own technical direction for key platform surfaces that enhance agent consumption.
- Drive cross-cutting technical decisions to maintain platform coherence.
- Collaborate with tech leads across teams to unblock others and elevate execution standards.
- Apply developer empathy in the design and delivery of products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in platform or developer-tooling work.
- Strong fundamentals in Node.js; familiarity with Go is a plus.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping APIs or developer-facing surfaces at scale.
- Ability to navigate and own ambiguous problems without extensive guidance.
- Hands-on experience with agentic tooling, MCP, or LLM-facing API design is a significant advantage.
- Experience working collaboratively across engineering, product, and architecture in a dynamic environment.
- A strong bias for execution, with a focus on shipping and learning quickly.
