Responsibilities
- Build outbound prospecting infrastructure covering account lists, scoring, sending, sequencing, deliverability, domains, warming, and inbox health.
- Develop sales-execution tools that assemble rep briefs from CRM history, calls, and market data and turn call transcripts into deal updates, follow-ups, and clean records.
- Build internal agents for research, account mapping, and reporting.
- Design the revenue-data foundation, including data objects, lifecycle stages, deduplication, and pipeline reporting.
- Make build-versus-buy decisions and bring appropriate go-to-market capabilities in-house.
- Develop the go-to-market system in partnership with the compliance team for a regulated fintech operating in three countries.
- Collaborate with growth marketing, engineering, and country teams in Brazil and Mexico.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining working software using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, or SQL.
- Experience working closely with revenue or sales teams and building tools they use.
- Experience putting AI models into production, including prompt design, structured output, and error handling.
- Understanding of cold-email deliverability, including domains, warming, and inbox health.
- Working proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Experience with logistics, trade, or cross-border payments is nice to have.
