Responsibilities
- Lead the development team technically and mentor team members.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
- Define development standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and promote clean code and software quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Estimate technical effort, plan deliveries, and mitigate technical risks.
- Drive continuous improvements in processes and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
- Strong experience building microservices, distributed architectures, and RESTful APIs.
- Advanced proficiency with Java 8+ and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Intermediate conversational English.
- Desirable experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Quarkus, and Camel.

- Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
