Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and enhance applications and components for business and application needs.
- Work as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Identify process improvements and implement team best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in Oracle EBS Financials and support scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials, including understanding of financial modules and their integration.
- Experience with application design, configuration, and customization based on business requirements.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL for application development and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- The position is based at the PDC2C - SEZ location.
