Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, release, and support full-stack features across services, data, and UI for secured financing workflows.
- Support and continuously evolve trading, collateral management, and other business-critical production platforms.
- Own delivery end to end, including implementation, post-release support, peer reviews, and automated testing.
- Improve deployment reliability through CI/CD pipelines and build practices.
- Participate in a shared production-support rotation, typically approximately 30% support and 70% project work.
- Collaborate with trading, treasury, operations, settlement, and global engineering teams across Asia, Europe, and the US.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring building and supporting distributed services.
- Strong relational database and SQL skills, including experience with Oracle, Sybase, or similar enterprise RDBMS.
- Experience operating in time-sensitive production environments supporting business-critical workflows.
- Experience working effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, ownership, and self-directed execution skills.
- Experience with Angular or a comparable modern front-end framework and HTML5 is desirable.
- Financial services or capital markets technology experience is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or C++ is desirable.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools such as Maven or Gradle is desirable.
