Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end quality of your pod’s deliverables.
- Design and execute clear test strategies and plans.
- Contribute early in the development lifecycle by reviewing briefs and designs.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test suites and cases for web features.
- Perform hands-on testing and drive accountability for quality.
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand changes in scope.
- Coordinate with external QA teams for quality output and standards.
- Investigate live issues with Customer Support and Live Ops teams.
- Track and communicate progress, priorities, risks, and quality trade-offs.
- Drive and improve QA best practices and process standardization.
Requirements

- Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.
- Understanding of the game development lifecycle.
- Experience with web testing and debugging tools.
- Familiarity with APIs and backend systems.
- Experience with web automation testing.
- Understanding of payment flows and account systems.
- Experience with cross-platform/server configurations.
