Base Salary

$163k - $245k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and document React-based cross-platform applications.
  • Build and maintain core application frameworks, shared libraries, and foundational components used by product and feature teams.
  • Translate feature requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions with Product Owners and Product Managers.
  • Define architecture and engineering best practices for performance, accessibility, reliability, and responsive design.
  • Write comprehensive unit and component tests to maintain quality and prevent regressions.
  • Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback on designs and implementations.
  • Improve development workflows and contribute to evolving engineering standards.
  • Explore emerging technologies and innovative ideas through Hackathons and Café Days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of development experience building user-facing applications or systems with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency with React and related tools and libraries.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining cross-platform applications.
  • Hands-on experience with modern build and testing tools such as Webpack, Babel, Jest, or similar.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and containerization such as Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
  • Interest or experience applying AI/ML concepts to user experiences, including personalization, recommendations, intelligent UI behaviors, or automated testing.
  • Experience integrating or experimenting with AI-powered development tools, frameworks, or APIs, including code assistants, generative models, or LLM-based automation.
  • Experience working on mobile applications on the Apple ecosystem.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and quality-focused skills.
