Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their objectives.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to execute initiatives.
- Build case management, revenue attribution mechanics, and pipeline automation.
- Manage fast-changing priorities to deliver impactful solutions.
- Promote high standards in system architecture and clean code.
- Co-create scalable development tooling frameworks.
- Drive strategic initiatives for Salesforce implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of experience implementing and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer skilled in Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working within a defined SDLC process.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration frameworks and service-oriented architecture.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
