Responsibilities
- Plan and implement functional, regression, and end-to-end tests at UI, API, and database levels.
- Develop, execute, and analyze capacity and performance test runs for microservices and key product scenarios.
- Own test strategy and end-to-end quality for AI Routing, Digital Agent workflows, and Agentic Analytics.
- Build scalable test automation frameworks, test instrumentation, and test software using AI coding tools.
- Perform failure analysis, define and communicate quality KPIs, and support product and test fixes.
- Participate in design reviews, identify edge cases, and add test hooks before development begins.
- Write maintainable code, apply software and testing best practices, and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Typically 6+ years of relevant software development experience, preferably including test automation framework development for SaaS applications.
- Strong programming expertise in a top language such as Python or Java.
- Strong experience designing and building scalable test automation frameworks.
- Extensive experience using AI coding agents for test generation and optimization.
- Experience with functional, integration, load, and performance testing methodologies.
- Deep familiarity with cloud technologies and testing REST services.
- Experience integrating tests into CI pipelines.
- Proficiency with AI-driven evaluation methodologies, evaluation harnesses for non-deterministic systems, or enterprise-scale data infrastructure is helpful.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally across geographies.
