Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience.
- Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process, clarifying requirements and answering product-related questions.
- Demonstrate how ChatGPT can meet customers' business needs through demos and proof of concepts.
- Address security and compliance questions and guide customers to relevant resources.
- Create and maintain documentation related to common pre-sales inquiries.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during the evaluation process.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product planning.
- Collaborate with Sales and GRC teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar role with large organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional pre-sales customer experiences.
- Experience with security and compliance support in technical B2B SaaS products.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with executives.
- A humble attitude and eagerness to help others succeed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Commitment to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI.
